The HandyMen Services concept emerged out of several frustrations the founders encountered in their quest for timely and professional services in basic repairs and maintenance. These frustrations are issues that a wide array of Ghanaians living in the urban areas can identify with. For instance, when you need a technician to resolve an electrical or plumbing issue in the house or office, you may go through one of the processes below but none of these processes offers the timely and professional solution many individuals and organizations require

Major Services

Our services are classified into three broad categories namely electrical, plumbing and specialized services. The specialized services include but are not limited to air conditioning, refrigeration, carpentry, painting, stove repairs and maintenance etc.

Electricals

This category of service takes care of several jobs associated with electrical installations and appliances in homes and offices. The activities of this unit include but are not limited to the following

  • Wiring and allied services
  • Installation and repairs of home appliances
  • Installation and replacement of lighting fixtures
  • Load and phase balancing
  • Extension of electrical power to various points
  • Replacement of faulty sockets and switches
  • Installation of generators

Plumbing

Our plumbing unit takes charge of all repairs and maintenance jobs in plumbing and related services. The main services provided include but not limited to

  • Replacing faulty components like shower heads, faucets etc.
  • Installation and repairs of w/c systems, tubs and sinks
  • Installation and repairs of washing machines
  • Installations and maintenance of hot water systems
  • Laying and repairs to leaking pipes
  • Installation and repairs of water pumps and storage tanks

Specialized Services

The specialized services represent jobs that are typically a Handyman job but not the regular electrical and plumbing jobs. Our specialized services include

  • Servicing of air conditioners
  • Repair and maintenance of refrigerators
  • Domestic carpentry and joinery jobs
  • Servicing of ovens, stoves and cookers

Pricing

Our pricing do not include the cost of parts that may be replaced. Charges for our basic jobs start from fifty cedis only (GHS50.00). Due to the nature of the assignment we shall charge assessment fee for certain works. The charge for certain jobs shall be effected on hourly basis.
